COWON has received the official WAP Developer's Qualification Authentication by the WAP Forum that establishes the advanced standards of wireless Internet WAP (Wireless Application Protocol).
WAP is a convenient service method to connect to the Internet through mobile handsets. The wireless-Internet standard has been selected as a standard by 200 major enterprises in the world and it took its current form through WAP Forum that has been organized by Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola and other global companies in 1997.
It is supported by about 200 enterprises in the world including SK Telecom, AT&T, Bell South Wireless Data, and IBM.
