COWON SYSTEMS announced that its 'iAUDIO U3' has been awarded as the best MP3 player from Sweden's influential daily magazine 'Expressen'.
The 'Expressen' magazine is one of the most influential daily magazines in Sweden, and they compared and evaluated various MP3 players in their MP3P feature article dated Aug. 22nd.
In the review article, 'iAUDIO U3' received an outstanding evaluation in terms of product quality, various & useful functionality, and convenient operation. The 'iAUDIO U3' was selected as the best product after winning over competitive products from other companies like Samsung and Apple.
The 'iAUDIO U3' was already selected as the best product in Israel's 'Marriv's magazine last April and in Indonesia's influential IT magazine 'CHIP Magazine' last July, all contributing to COWON's rising reputation as a high quality global brand.
Meanwhile, COWON is being recognized for product excellence and aggressive marketing in fastidious European markets. They achieved a distinctive accomplishment by concluding a MP3P & PMP export contract in March for 23 million Euro (about 27 billion Korean won) with ABTECH, the largest Scandinavian distribution company. Especially, COWON is building its reputation as a major brand in Sweden by exceeding 10% of the market share.
The vice president of COWON, Myungyong Lee, announced, 'As our global technology is being well received and highly recognized in the MP3 player field, we are planning to actively gain in the export market based on product excellence.' |
