Subject COWON unveils extreme inline hockey game 'Enblic' Date 2006.11.29
COWON SYSTEMS (CEO Nam-Gyu Park, www.cowon.com) unveiled 'Enblic,' a hybrid casual sports game developed in-house.

'Enblic' is a dynamic inline hockey game in which ice-hockey rules are applied to popular inline skating. Players can play against each other in a virtual stadium with dynamic action and realistic characters in this casual sports game. Games can be played online from 2 on 2 players to 4 on 4 players after choosing characters for each position.

COWON focuses on digital devices and contents as its core business items. It began development of Enblic in mid 2005, taking a jump start from the existing technology and code base it previously developed in 2003 for its 3D avatar chatting game, Party-party. Closed beta testing for Enblic is planned to being in January, 2007.

CEO Nam Gyu Park of COWON said, 'Enblic will be greatly enjoyable for sports game players. We are planning to establish an online game section and further our existing digital device business as our two greatest growing core competencies by adding an online game section to our digital contents business where our main product has been wireless internet multimedia contents.
